Our No-Return Rule (And Why)
Our play money isn’t real currency – it’s cheap, fun stuff for birthdays, school plays, or pretend shops. Once it’s used at events, we can’t take it back. But, we’ll fix things if we mess up:

When We Will Replace/Refund:

Wrong Item? Tell us within 24 hours of getting your order. Snap a pic of what arrived vs. what you ordered, and we’ll send the right one – free!

Damaged Notes? Send photos of torn/ruined play money within 24 hours. We’ll replace the pack or refund you.

Never Received It? If the courier loses your package, we’ll reship or refund ASAP.

When We Can’t Refund:

Opened/used packs (even if just a few notes are missing).

“Changed my mind” or “don’t need it anymore” requests.

Returns after 24 hours (even if unopened).

How to Report Issues:

Don’t Wait! Call/email support@funtime.pk the same day you get your order.

Show Proof: Take clear photos of the problem – wrong item, damage, etc.

We Handle Pickups: If it’s our mistake, we’ll send someone to collect the item.
